Sage Graphite II GFL 586 RPB Fly Rod 2 piece fly rod is in very good condition. There are very few scratches on the entire blank. The guides are in excellent condition. The cork grip shows some use. Rod butt has some scratches. Reel seat is in excellent condition

Rod is listed at RPB, which does mean this was sold by Sage as a blank.
